NCAA CLEARINGHOUSE
If you intend to participate in Division I or II athletics as a college freshman, you must register and be certified by the NCAA Initial-Eligibility Clearinghouse. In order to register, you may go on-line to:
The high school code for Colleton Prep is 412045. After you register, bring the authorization form (Copy #1 and Copy #2) TO Ms. Copeland. This authorization form allows the school to send your transcripts and test scores to the clearinghouse.
