Colleton Preparatory Academy Parent
Teacher Organization (PTO) is
organized for the purpose of
raising funds, sponsoring projects, and promoting volunteer programs
all to enhance the educational
facilities that are otherwise not provided for in the school budget.
PTO also provides a forum for
discussing and fostering communication between parents,
administrator, teachers and the
community.
Everyone
is a member of our PTO. Please print and fill
out
the information
form so
we will have your current
contact information. If you would like to purchase a Student
Directory, we will be selling them for $5.00. You can go ahead and
send in the $5.00 if you would like
(if sending a check, please make payable to CPA PTO).
The PTO is always welcoming new faces, ideas, and suggestions. As
you are filling out the attached form, please let us know if you are
interested in volunteering in any area. A PTO committee member will
contact you for more details. Volunteering in any area, no matter
how big or small, is greatly appreciated!
Events scheduled for the 2011-2012 school year will be announced
soon and will be on the school's interactive calendar.

All completed forms need to be sent back to school with your
student. If you have more than one student enrolled at CPA, you only
need to fill out one of these forms!
