Academics

Lower School (K2-5) enrolls students in a traditional elementary program that uses a variety of experiential learning activities and emphasizes critical thinking skills while teaching students to read, write, and understand mathematical functions and problems.

Middle School (6-8) includes a departmental program to strengthen basic skills and further develop critical thinking, and develops greater academic responsibility and disciplined work habits.  Both Lower and Middle School students enjoy a wide variety of enrichment classes each week, including art, music, library, computer, PE, and health.

High School (9-12) offers Honors classes in English, mathematics, science, social sciences, Spanish, US History, U.S. Government, and Chemistry.  Students also have the option of enrolling in dual credit courses offered through the University of South Carolina at Salkehatchie.
